The ever popular Brass Monkey race is just around the corner. It’s so popular the race sold out within an hour of places being made available online. On last count, there were 37 Striders registered for the race, so an absolute army of purple making its way down to York.
As always there will be a Striders bus put on for this event. Please note this bus event includes a food stop off on the return journey, similar to Brampton to Carlisle. The bus is available for both runners & supporters.
Prices for the bus are:
Adults – £9.50
Full-time Student/Child – £4.75
Under 5’s – Free (but still need to book a seat)

Once all pick ups have been made then the bus will make its way to York Racecourse where the race starts and finishes. The bus will leave the racecourse about 1.00pm to take us to the traditional refuelling point at The Dawnay Arms in Shipton @
