Welcome to the April edition of RUNdown. It’s clearly the racing season, with so many of you putting numbers on your purple vests and giving your all. There have been memorable, even historic, performances, in long and short, and individual and team events.
We also hear about David Browbank’s journey from C25K up to marathon, and I apologise to him for digging out that photograph.
And who doesn’t love a scone, however you pronounce it?
This is the final RUNdown written by Tamsin, who has decided to step down from the role. She deserves so much thanks for pouring her creativity and enthusiasm into RUNdown over the past 18 months. I hope that the magazine can continue into the future under new authorship.
